Froggy's gold panning and other stuff.

Scottish gold is fairly widely distribute though it is often found in minute ammounts.

There are exceptions. Leadhills/Wanlockhead, Tyndrum, Kildonan and some other sites have produced good specimens in the past. Gold can also famously (or infamously) be found in Wales and at a few sites in England and Ireland

It's not my intention to show how to pan, there are good videos on YouTube and elsewhere as well as individual sites on the web. For anyone wishing to learn basic techniques then probably Google is your best friend.

Rather I hope to explore the Scottish scene and scenery and maybe meet a few 'characters' along the way
